Shipping policy

Products will the introductory box with the planner within 1-3 days after the order is placed unless purchase is made on a preorder product, in which case, the product will ship within specified time frame. The subscription box will be shipped within the last week of every month.

Our delivery terms are F.O.B. from the place of shipment. This means that we guarantee that your package will be shipped from our Georgia warehouse via the method you request. However, once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the package.

Customers will be notified of their order status and tracking number via email. Some items may be shipped ahead of others to ensure the fastest delivery to our customers at no extra charge. If this is the case, your shipping invoice will inform you of your order’s status.

Customs, duties, and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
