What is The Captured Memories Planning System?
The Captured Memories Planning System is a planner + a monthly subscription box. The planner is designed to help moms organize their schedules with a unique and proven layout optimized for the busy mom. It's real "hero" section is the memories section that will allow moms to document the mundane moments of motherhood that help you to anchor your heart in what matters most.
The subscription box will send themed planning and memory documenting supplies to your door step monthly effectively keeping you motivated and inspired to continue using the system and focusing on the joy in your life.
What comes in the subscription boxes?
Great question! Each box contains a monthly themed sticker sheet, Zink paper to refill the Mini Bluetooth Printer (if you signed up with this offer) and a specially selected combination of 3-4 planning/memory documenting items ranging from pens, washi tape, white out, glue rollers, stamps, and scrap papers. All products are packaged with great care before being shipped out. I put all of my resources into ensuring every box is special and unique for you.

Will you tell me the items coming in my box ahead of time?
I love surprises, and I think you will too! The magic of the Captured Memories experience involves helping you discover new products you may not normally be aware of. We do want to know what your you might have in mind for future boxes though, or if there's anything you would love to see (or prefer not to see anymore of) let me know. I will consider all ideas in the future, and make immediate changes to your subscription if necessary.
How Do I Return a Defective Product?
Please reach out to me straight away at suzanne@rockingchairdiaries.com and I will replace the defective product. I believe in keeping an open dialogue with all members of my community so if there is an issue with any of the products you receive feel free to email me anytime!
How Much Does The Captured Memories Planning System Cost?
Initially, you will purchase the planner for $60. You will then be asked to choose your subscription length. Most of the time there will be a FREE gift available only for the customers who sign up for the 6 or 12 month commitment for the subscription.
The twelve-month plan is the very best deal. By paying for 12 months it allows me to plan ahead of time to make your boxes extra special.
1 month: $34.99/month
6 month Commitment: $29.99
12 month Commitment: $24.99
When will The Captured Memories Planning System ship to me?
Upon purchase, your planner will be shipped within a few days. The subscription boxes will be sent during the last week of each month so that they arrive around the beginning of the relevant month.
When will I be billed?
When you make your initial purchase, you will be billed for the planner and the first month's subscription. The planner will ship immediately and your first month's subscription will ship at the end of the month in which you signed up.
Your next billing date will be the 15th, of the next month.
The 1 and 6 month plans will renew automatically at the end of the commitment period: eg: After the 6 months are up it will renew for another 6 months unless the set to cancel is applied.
What is the Cancelation Policy?
We will be sad to see you go, but you can turn off your auto-renewal at any time. Just log in to your account, go to the subscription page and select the option set to cancel.
If you have committed to a multi-month subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for, and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
E.G If you sign up for a 12-month subscription, set your account to cancel and have paid for 8 boxes, you will be charged for another 4 before your subscription finished.

Please remember we have to process subscriptions. You need to cancel 24 hours before your renewal to ensure you don't get charged.
